Assistant Manager - Talent Growth and Performance
The Assistant Manager – Talent Growth and Performance supports the implementation and governance of the company’s people capability, performance development, onboarding, certification, and talent growth initiatives under the direction of Learning & Growth and Quality Assurance (L&GQA). The role is responsible for supporting PMS implementation, onboarding governance, capability development, employee growth initiatives, succession support, analytics, and organizational development initiatives to strengthen workforce readiness, operational performance, and leadership capability across the organization. The role works closely with HR, Operations, and Department Heads while supporting L&GQA’s mandate as the framework, capability, implementation, and governance owner for learning, certification, and performance development systems. HR maintains PMS policy oversight.
